Iain’s Evohome Underfloor Heating Controls

Iain’s underfloor heating wiring centre failed. He already owned a Honeywell/Resideo Evohome system to control the radiator zone and hot water, so he decided to extend the controls to the UFH.

We decommissioned the old unit and installed the new Honeywell/Resideo HCC100. We also decided to replace the circulation pump and thermal actuators which were also over 10 years old to reduce the risk of short term future breakdown. We bound the system to the existing Evohome controller and set up all of the zones with new Honeywell/Resideo DT4R thermostats to control the temperature in each area. Now Iain can control his entire heating system from the evohome controller or using his phone.
