Marisa’s Central Heating System and Boosted Hot and Cold Water System

In the process of renovating her new property, Marisa needed to overhaul the current system to provide efficient space heating and hot and cold water to a kitchen, cloakroom and multiple bathrooms.

The current system consisted of a traditional heat only conventional boiler, radiators, hot water cylinder, cold water storage cistern and a whole house pump to deliver high pressure hot and cold supplies to three bathrooms. The system had performed effectively for many years. For space and water heating we installed an ATAG system boiler in the garage with smart, weather compensated controls and hot water priority set up. We installed a water softener to prevent limescale build up, a Stuart Turner Mainsboost to provide quiet boosted water to multiple services and Megaflo unvented hot water cylinder to provide sufficient hot water for a busy household. We replaced all radiators with new Stelrad Vita Deco units for an understated modern look.
